Call for applications for appointment to Policy, Planning and Communications Committee
of the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia

The National Registration and Accreditation Scheme regulates more than 800,000 registered health practitioners and over 160,000 registered students across 16 health professions.

Applications are sought from experienced registered Chinese Medicine practitioners for appointment to the Policy Planning and Communications Committee (PPCC) of the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia (the Board).

Applicants must have at least five years clinical experience and a minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree of Chinese Medicine.

The National Scheme has a commitment to increasing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ leadership and voices. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are strongly encouraged to apply, as are people from rural or regional areas in Australia.

Applications will be assessed by a selection advisory panel. Appointments are for a two-year term.

Ahpra’s current Download File COVID-19 Vaccination Policy requires all staff and statutory appointees to provide evidence of vaccination (or medical exemption) prior to visiting an Ahpra office.
